All new for 2022, the Vincent SV-228 is the natural evolutionary step in the succession of the PowerLine units from the Vincent, starting with the SV-226 and going through to the SV-227MK.

The SV-228 presents itself in a completely new outfit, with a VU meter embedded in the front panel. It has been updated with a Bluetooth input, and a home theater bypass, making it even more flexible. In terms of sound, dynamics and fine resolution have been improved without losing Vincent's signature warmth.

The vacuum tube input stage uses one 6N4 and two JJ ECC82 tubes, with the final amplification via Toshiba A1941 transistors, generating 180 W per channel.
